Today's Unity hip hop is focusing on babies, as you all you know if you've made it this far down the line up. I'll be honest with you, this post is a little bitter sweet as pretty much every single close friend of mine (including myself) has been having diffiuclty with either carrying a baby to term (miscarriages) and or fertility complications. David and I have been trying to conceive since we got married 2 1/2 years ago and well it just hasn't happened; we are currently undergoing fertility procedures in the hopes that soon we will have a new little one to add to our nest. It's been a diffuclt time for my friends and I recently, but I find peace in the plan that my Lord Savior has for me and each one of my friends; his plan is always so much better then any plan we can make for ourselves!!
Well with all of that being said, you now might understand why I have not had a reason to get out any of the adorable Unity rubba kits that focus on pregnancy/baby. I did create this card awhile ago so since hip hop is focusing on babies I thought I would share it again-
Hopefully someday soon I'll be able to give this to one of my friends :)

I too had trouble getting pregnant. AFter trying for 2 years, we decided to build a house. Got my mind off things...and guess what? A year exactly to the month that we closed on the house, we were blessed with our first baby, a little girl! I will keep you in my prayers!

Keep the faith. I too went through a miscarriage. Fertility drugs. Then was blessed with one special angel. That's all God had planned for us. Now my dd is graduating high school this year.

Never give up HOPE! and what a blessing from God that you have friends who understand. My sister in law had the same problem in fact we were both pregnant at the same time and both had problems on the SAME day - her baby died and mine lived. It is tremendously hard for her to be around my daughter and not think about her first pregancy - but she has three beautiful girls now!! Do you listen to AVALON - they have a beautiful song that you should share with your friends I think it is called glory baby. Have a great day :) love your work

Heather, I am where you are right now. We have been trying for almost 3 years. It just hasn't happened, but our recent rededication of our lives to Christ has made me see that it will all be done in HIS time. HUGS to you!!! Will pray for you and your husband.

The Lords timing is always PERFECT. We may want certain thing/items when we want and this may not be when the Lord would like us to have. Just know...the Lord hears or prayers and he definitely knows what's in our hearts...and He knows what we need and when we need it. :)

Hang in there Heather! I know firsthand what a difficult thing infertility is. We tried for over four years, with multiple fertility treatments, and finally got our little miracle via one shot at IVF. Isaac is now 17 months old. Hugs and prayers for you, my dear. It was so difficult for us to just let go and know that God had a plan for us--hold tight to your faith in HIM. He DOES have a plan for you!!!

Don't give up! My husband and I tried for just over 3 years before it happened and we were in infertility clinic also. I think we decided that Long Island Ice Teas was the magic drug!LOL...In other words you have to relax and not keep it in the forefront of your mind...The Lord will decided when the timing is right...give Him all the pieces of your Heart and Trust in Him.

Heather: I think I've shared this with you before, but if not, we went through seven years of infertility. We were in the middle of adoption procedures when we found out we were pregnant. Our children are now 14 and 12.I know what you are going through. I'll be praying for you sweet girl!
