It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas....

HUH??? Christmas...Yep, that's what I said :)!!! I don't know about you, but lately I've been seeing little signs of my fav. holiday beginning to pop up here and there. I ran into Michaels the other day and was elated when I saw 2 isles filled with Christmas decor :) :) :)- Just seeing the shelves gleaming with Christmas products made my day! I know some of you are probably sick that Christmas stuff is already on the shelves but not I my friends...I'm one of 'those' people who listen to Christmas music beginning in October :)! In fact, I'm getting the urge to put my Frank Sinatra Christmas CD in as I finish up this post..LOL.

Anyhow, I've been wanting to get a jump start on my holiday crafting but just haven't done it yet until I was offered this challenge: to use a particular Christmas stocking cut from my Christmas Cheer Cricut cartridge and create it in non-traditional Christmas colors. Who offered me this challenge you are probably asking...Well, I was recently invited to be on the Bitten By the Bug design team. If you have not had an opportunity to visit this blog and you are a Cricut fan, you MUST take a peek...it's fabulous! I came across BBTB a few months ago and just fell in love; you see my Cricut is my favorite tool in my studio yet I don't use it near as much as I should. The premise behind the BBTB DT is this; Regina (the wonerful mind behind the concept) offers the design team challenges using a particular cut from one of the many Cricut cartridges...she then post everyone's take on the challenges and then there you have it...Mucho inspiration!! Now what are you waiting for..If your a Cricut fan go check it out!
