Home for the Holidays...

I just wanted to jump on quickly and fill you in on some very exciting events happening in my life right now- We are moving into a new home! Santa came a few weeks early and my hubby and I have been busy little elves moving into our new home. Let me tell you, you never know how much 'stuff' you own until you have to move it all!!! This home buying process has been a whirlwind experience for us and we could not be more BLESSED; we purchased a foreclosure home and got this house for half the price that the original owners purchased it for 2 years ago. I feel horrible that so many people are loosing their homes yet am thankful for the Lord that he provided this home for us. This home was made for us- Sad to say but David and I were outgrowing the 4 bedroom home that we resided in for the past few years. Again, I don't know how 2 people can own so much stuff but we do (probably because I'm a bit of a pack rat) Anyhow, this new home will allow us to finally get organized!! We'll have space for everything; David has a loft that we're making into a library so he'll be able to do all of his Biblical studies there. We have a gym, a 3 car garage (perfect for storing all my holiday decorations in ;), and my favorite room of the house- my craft studio, 4x the size of my current studio....need I say more, I'm in love! We look forward to the many memories we will share at our new home...And with that note, If I'm not posting as much in the next few weeks you'll know why...I'll be knee high unpacking boxes and getting situated.

Hope this Christmas season is filled with many Blessings for you!
