The Blue Purse....

Yesterday was a very special day for my hubby and I....4 years ago the Lord had a perfect plan that on that warm summer night in Laguna Beach, CA our lives would be forever changed. Little did I know that bringing my 'blue purse' along would spark up a conversation between me one HOT looking Swede who just happened to like the color of my purse. The rest of the night we were inseparable, a week later he postponed his flight back to Phoenix so he could spend that weekend with me up in Santa Barbara, 4 months later I would be packing up my things and moving to Arizona to be closer to him, 2 years years later we would be married, and now 2 more years later we are about to celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary. Oh, forgot to mention in the four years we have been together we have now accumulated four precious animals...hopefully that's not a trend- an animal for every year we are together because we'll need a farm shortly- LOL!

Anyhow, to celebrate the milestones our lives have taken in the past 4 years I made my hubby a special dinner last night. To spark his memory of that night when our lives were forever changed I even placed the Blue purse by his dinner plate with a framed picture of the two of us at the very place we met. Here's a picture...and yes, that is a Christmas tree you see in the background...It's our harvest tree- more to come on that :)...
